What to know
A short checklist.
A coating name alone is not a scope. The plan starts with the real site and surface.
Map operations
Note traffic, production, equipment, stored materials, deliveries, and areas that must stay active.
List each surface
Separate steel, concrete, floors, walls, ceilings, tanks, pipes, and old coatings.
Record condition
Look for rust, loose coating, dirt, grease, repairs, moisture, and places that may need testing.
Review access
Discuss height, lifts, escorts, staging, power, ventilation, parking, and work-zone boundaries.
Plan the closeout
Agree on completed zones, cleanup, touch-ups, access changes, and the final site contact review.
